Live and study for seven weeks in India or Turkey through our innovative study abroad programs. Or spend a semester living with other Georgia State and European students in a chalet in Strasbourg, France, learning about the politics and history of the European Union. Students spend one semester in residence and earn 12-15 credit hours.
For those who can’t be away from Atlanta for extended periods, we also have shorter Maymester programs in Turkey, led by Georgia State faculty. Or spend your spring break week in Havana, Cuba or Dublin, Ireland to learn about different aspects of the global economy.
The department offers multiple exchange programs in Asia and Europe. Students spend up to one year in residence in one of two universities with credit given for classes on a cross-registration basis. Exchange programs are available for students at the University of Nottingham in the U.K., Hong Kong Baptist University and Sciences Po’ in Lille, France.
Undergraduate exchange programs also are available with Ewha Women’s University and Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea. Read more about the Asian study abroad programs.
