Abdelrahman Rashdan
Abdelrahman Rashdan is an ABD PhD candidate and an award-winning political science instructor at Georgia State University. He holds a master's degree in International Security Policy from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University, and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the American University in Cairo. His research delves into the dynamics of civil-military relations in the developing world, elucidating the underlying norms that shape the military's dominant and regulatory stance on political affairs. With over 12 years of teaching experience across two countries, and seven years of experience in media as an editor and commentator, Rashdan is also a seasoned policy advisor and independent researcher.
