Wedeman Testifies in front of the USCC on China
Dr. Andrew Wedeman offered his testimony to the United States-China Economic and Security Review Commission (USCC) on Xi Jinping’s battle with corruption in China. The hearing, entitled “What Keeps Xi Up at Night: Beijing’s Internal and External Challenges,” took place on Feb. 7, 2019 at the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
The USCC is a congressional commission of the United States government created through a congressional mandate in October 2000 to monitor and investigate national security and trade issues between the United States and People’s Republic of China.
