Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump squared off for the second of three presidential debates Sunday night, October 9, and Georgia State was there — sort of.  More than 70 students participated in a Debate Pizza Party sponsored by the Department of Political Science at the Georgia State Commons.

Moderating the event, Political Science Professor Daniel Franklin opened the program with a brief discussion of the state of the presidential race. Then students enjoyed eating pizza before the debate aired.

Professor Franklin thanks Political Science Chair Carrie Manning, student Kyra Danyelle Reed and student Dorcen Clarke-Blake (and son) for their help in setting up this fun event.
